Terms and conditions of use

You can visit the website freely without registration.  If the customer does not want to register, he can still complete a purchase: the customer will have to fill up only the data necessary for the delivery and eventual invoicing of an order.


Product images may differ in color, size from photos on the website. All the supporting information to buy is to be understood as a simple general informations, not related to the real characteristics of a single product.
The products are for sale at the price listed on the site on the date an order is placed.
The price on the website includes VAT.
Prices do not include the shipping and delivery charges that are still indicated in the final section before sending an order and specified in the order receipt confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer.

After receiving an order TriesteCaffè will check the availability of the product and in case it won't be possible to fulfill an order received TriesteCaffè will notify the customer as soon as possible.

TriesteCaffè is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by not accepting an order.

Any right of the client to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things caused by the failure to accept an order, is excluded.

The customer is responsible for any customs charges under the regulations in the territory of the destination of the products.

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch of the number of packages or indications must be immediately disputed by requesting the word "Accepted with reservation" and specifying any damage present on the packaging at the time of the signature of the arrival delivered to the courier. The signature of the document without this wording attests to the external integrity of the product.

When ordering, you must indicate whether the shipping address is different from the billing address.

In the run-up to the D. Lgs. 21 February 2014, N.21 of the implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83, the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the amount of purchase actually paid.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within the period of 14 (fourteen) days after the receipt of the product in the following ways:
Before the deadline of that period, the customer sends a recommended return receipt to TriesteCaffè by submitting an explicit statement in this regard. The communication can be sent, within the same period by means of an e-mail to the address info@triestecaffe.it . In the case of damaged products or damages for incorrect packaging, the damage estimate will be calculated and subtracted from the refund. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. If the time limits of the right of withdrawal are not met, or if the goods will be partially damaged or partially returned or if the package will be opened, the right of withdrawal will not be applied and the goods will be returned with charges paid by the customer.

The sale of products and/or services takes place in the territory of the Italian State and is subject to the laws in force in the Italian Republic. The forum responsible for resolving any dispute will be the one provided by the Italian legislation in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract. In the case of a non-consumer customer, the sole competent forum for settling all disputes arising from or related to these conditions (including contractual disputes)  will be
exclusively the  Court of Trieste.
